● Description
BMQ3A automatic transfer switch controller is an intelligent two-way power supply switching system integrating automatic measurement and large-screen LCD display .It is the ideal product for dual power automatic switching. It is suitable for automatic conversion and protection of two low-voltage incoming lines after matching with BMW50 series air circuit breaker. The product has compact structure, advanced circuit, simple wiring and high reliability. Can be widely used in power, petroleum, chemical industry, coal, metallurgy, railway, municipal, intelligent building and other industries, departments of electrical equipment, automatic control and debugging system.
● Product structure
The actuator of BMQ3A controller is BMW50 series air circuit breaker. The two circuit breakers do not need to be equipped with adaptor, so they do not need dc power supply of undervoltage tripper. Instead, they can directly detect the power supply status of the two circuit breakers.
● Main funciton
1.It is suitable for automatic switching control of two-way mains power supply, one-way mains power supply and one-way generator or two-way generator;
2.Monitor the two-channel three-phase voltage at all times, make accurate judgment on the abnormal voltage (such as loss of voltage, over voltage, under voltage, lack of phase) and output the control switch quantity;
3.Internal control power supply switching circuit, fully consider the BMW50 series universal circuit breaker operating mechanism. 4.With automatic/manual state switching function, in the manual mode, you can press the manual key to realize the switch switch;Under automatic state, when voltage abnormality occurs in one circuit, the switch will automatically switch to the other circuit;
5.Operation mode can be set as: self-throw and self-reply (including first-way priority, second-way priority) or self-throw and non-self-reply: no priority (mutual backup);
6.Digital display two-channel phase voltage and line voltage and working state, LED display two-channel closing and working state at the same time;
7.Digital display of three-phase current;
8.Setting parameters can be changed on the controller. Digital adjustment (continuous adjustment) is adopted.At the same time, the memory in the internal FLASH memory, when the system power down will not be lost;
9.With electrical double interlocking function, always keep only one of them closed;
10.It has the function of automatically starting the oil engine; Controller does not need external dc power supply, simple and convenient;
11.Two-channel n-line separation design;
12.It has the function of fire protection non-cutting (forced tripping) to meet the emergency tripping;
13.It has strong ability to resist electromagnetic interference and is suitable for use in complex environments with strong electromagnetic interference;
